    NCR Salvaged T-45 Power Armour - posted in Fallout 4 Mod Requests: Hi there, I brought up the idea since we havent really had any other NCR based clothing mods apart from the 1st Recon Beret and the ever-so-famous NCR Ranger Veteran armor. Im bringing up this thread for the request of adding a power armor paint job or reskin, preferably paint job for the T-45 Power armor, based on what General. The Ranger Power Armour is based on the first concept art created for the Midwestern BoS Armour. Initially I wasn't really sure how to introduce the set, but after seeing its final color scheme it seemed to best fit the NCR faction, they're quite lacking in real PAs anyway. Armor: DT: 22, WG: 35, STR +1, Carry Weight +35, Fire Res +15, Rad Res +30.

[/align] [align=left] [b]Enclave:[/b] Made more for environmental hazards compared to full-on protection T45d/T51b. Greatly increased rad, fire and energy resistance and a small poison resistance. High tech makes this the most powerful armour at 80 DT but still the weakest power armour. Even the Courier notes that power armour is 'completely bulletproof' at the start of Honest Hearts.[/align] [align=left][i]is t51b too op[/i][/align] [align=left]The lore states that T51b is a largely improved T45d in every aspect such as mobility, weight and protection.[/align] [align=left][i]omg enclave armour is op cheat banned xdxdxd[/i][/align] [align=left]It's an armour made by the most technologically advanced society of the wastelands at the same time it's rare and you only get one set after completing the Enclave questline. So it has to be worth it. The balancing aspect is that it has very low health at three digits instead of four.[/align]
