The developers aim was to make this game as close an experience to reality as possible, and many would say they accomplished that goal.
EA added a new emotion engine enable the players to act more realistic to on-field performance. Amazingly, over 600 animations cover the emotions that you would see during a live game. The Artificial Intelligence has also been improved and allows the CPU teammates to react better to situations during a game, which also includes the CPU opponents. Strategies are now easier to use, and there are tools available for training and modifying tactics of your players. Included in the improvements was the ‘Ultimate Team’ feature. You can now create concept squads and play in Friendly Season mode, as well as compete against friends in one-on-one games. This allows for a more relaxed ‘arcade’ style of gameplay, without having to create an entire imagined career, to play the matches you want.
With the addition of the Match Day Live hub, you can follow the results and news for real-life and virtual soccer. Precision has been improved to the controls and the improved physics make the ball movements smoother and more realistically. FIFA 15 displays the most improvements of any other game in the series.
